- Pulled lamb croquettes, harissa-spiced pumpkin puree, mint salsa
- Glazed lamb cutlet, fresh mint and pea puree, pickled beetroot, pea shoots
- Sous vide and seared lamb rump, mojo verde, house-made ricotta gnocchi, parmesan crisp
- Sheep’s milk yoghurt brulée, date and fig chutney, biscotti
